We are expecting baby girl #2 around mid-April. We live in mission bay in SF. We're hoping to get night time help (e.g. 11pm to 7am) for the first ~5 months (e.g. late Sept). We hope to sleep train (intervals) around 4-5 months like we did with our now 2 yr old, and would love help with that too. If you'd like longer employment we could switch to a month or so of day time help after that too. My husband is a doctor and works around 15-20 days a month but it can feel a bit random. Ideally we can find someone who can work the days he is working, which could include weekends (we can set a minimum number of days if you like and let you know a couple of months in advance).
